It evolves from Sabrina's Haunter, so Sabrina's Gengar is a later-stage card that set-builders usually slot into a full evolution run rather than buy alone.

Sabrina is the Psychic-type Gym Leader of Saffron City, remembered for her cold, telekinetic intensity in the anime. Sabrina's Gengar is part of that themed lineup.
