Phantump is card 11 of 230 in Obsidian Flames, released in August 2023, a Common. It is a Basic Grass-type with 60 HP.
As a Basic Pokémon, Phantump needs no prior evolution to put into play, which made it a practical card in the era's decks.

What is Phantump worth?
