About the Kingdra card
Numbered 19 of 66 in Neo Revelation, released in September 2001, Kingdra is a Rare, a Stage 2 Water-type carrying 90 HP.
It evolves from Seadra, so Kingdra is a later-stage card that set-builders usually slot into a full evolution run rather than buy alone.
Illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita. Arita painted the Base Set Charizard and much of the early holo run, and his work has a painterly weight that set the visual tone of the Wizards era.
Kingdra carries this Pokédex flavor text: "It sleeps deep on the ocean floor to build its energy. It is said to cause tornadoes as it wakes."

Kingdra grades on centering and edges more than surface. The card was played and traded more freely than the holos, so a clean, well-centered Kingdra is worth more than collectors assume.
