Dubwool · Crown Zenith, what to know.
About the Dubwool card
Dubwool is card 122 of 160 in Crown Zenith, released in January 2023, a Rare. It is a Stage 1 Colorless-type with 120 HP.
As a Stage 1, it evolves from Wooloo, which places Dubwool deeper in its line and means most collectors hold it alongside the cards it evolves from.
Illustrated by Sanosuke Sakuma.
The Pokédex entry printed on Dubwool reads: "Weave a carpet from its springy wool, and you end up with something closer to a trampoline. You'll start to bounce the moment you set foot on it."
What is Dubwool worth?
Dubwool is a non-holo Rare. In Crown Zenith, value concentrates in the holo rares, so a Dubwool trades modestly, though a clean, well-centered 1st Edition copy in PSA 10 is scarcer than the print run suggests and carries a real premium. Check the live price above for the figure by grade.
Print variants and how to spot them
Confirm the print and finish on Dubwool before pricing it, since variant and rarity set the market more than the card name alone.
Grading and condition
On Dubwool, look at the corners and the framed border first. Non-holo Rares took more handling than the chase holos, so a sharp, centered copy of Dubwool in a true PSA 10 is harder to find than the print run suggests.
If you are collecting Dubwool
For Dubwool, check centering by eye, edge whitening on all four sides, and surface under angled light. Submission math on Dubwool rarely works unless the card has independent demand.
