Dialga · Evolving Skies, what to know.
About the Dialga card
Numbered 112 of 237 in Evolving Skies, released in August 2021, Dialga is a Rare Holo, a Basic Dragon-type carrying 130 HP.
As a Basic Pokémon, Dialga needs no prior evolution to put into play, which made it a practical card in the era's decks.
Illustrated by Ryuta Fuse.
Printed on the card, the Dialga Pokédex entry reads: "It has the power to control time. It appears in Sinnoh-region myths as an ancient deity."

What is Dialga worth?
Dialga is a holo rare, one of the cards that holds Evolving Skies's value. The rarity tier decides most of it, since the same card prints at several tiers with very different prices. In top-grade 1st Edition, Evolving Skies holos range from the mid hundreds for the lesser cards up to the set's marquee chase; raw and Unlimited copies trade for a fraction of that. The live market price above shows the current figure by grade.
Print variants and how to spot them
Confirm the print and finish on Dialga before pricing it, since variant and rarity set the market more than the card name alone.
Grading and condition
Grading Dialga comes down to the holo surface and the borders. The era's foil scratches easily, so even a pack-fresh Dialga can drop from a 10 to a 9 on a single hairline. Inspect the window at an angle and the corners against the frame.
If you are collecting Dialga
For Dialga, variant comes before condition. Confirm the exact rarity tier on the Dialga, since the spread between tiers is wide. Demand a clear photo of the Dialga holo for any raw purchase.
