Numbered 97 of 216 in Astral Radiance, released in May 2022, Absol is a Rare Holo, a Basic Darkness-type carrying 100 HP.
As a Basic Pokémon, Absol needs no prior evolution to put into play, which made it a practical card in the era's decks.

Printed on the card, the Absol Pokédex entry reads: "Swift as the wind, Absol races through fields and mountains. Its curved, bow-like horn is acutely sensitive to the warning signs of natural disasters."
What is Absol worth?
Absol is a holo rare, one of the cards that holds Astral Radiance's value. The rarity tier decides most of it, since the same card prints at several tiers with very different prices. In top-grade 1st Edition, Astral Radiance holos range from the mid hundreds for the lesser cards up to the set's marquee chase; raw and Unlimited copies trade for a fraction of that.
